Last updated: November 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and participation in the Voice-to-Web Launchpad session offered by Yttrigen Inc., a Nevada corporation registered to conduct business in Texas ("Yttrigen", "we", "our", "us").

By purchasing or participating in a Launchpad session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1) Purpose of the Service

The Voice-to-Web Launchpad is a one-time, guided session (approximately three hours) designed to help you configure and deploy your own website using your own Cloudflare, GitHub, and Cursor IDE accounts.

Our role is to facilitate and instruct. You retain full control, ownership, and responsibility for your online assets and published content.

2) Your Accounts and Responsibilities

  • You must create and manage your own accounts with Cloudflare, GitHub, Cursor IDE, and any other third-party services used during the session.
  • You are solely responsible for reading and accepting those platforms' terms and conditions.
  • You are solely responsible for any website content you publish, including compliance with copyright, privacy, accessibility, and consumer-protection laws.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and configurations.

3) Limited Scope of Service

  • Yttrigen provides guidance and assistance only during the session.
  • We do not host, operate, or maintain your website after the session.
  • We do not monitor or control any of your accounts or data once the session concludes.
  • Follow-up or maintenance work is outside the scope of this service and may be offered separately.

4) Disclaimer of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yttrigen and its personnel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or relating to:

  • your configurations, code, or deployments;
  • the operation or availability of third-party platforms; or
  • any data loss, downtime, or publishing errors.

You acknowledge that you are in full control of your publishing environment, and you accept all associated risks.

5) Data and Access

  • You will perform all actions using your own credentials.
  • Yttrigen does not store or retain your passwords or access tokens.
  • Any temporary access (e.g., via screen-share or pair-programming) ends at the conclusion of the session.

6) Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
  • Once the session begins, it is considered delivered and non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is available at Yttrigen's discretion and subject to availability.

7) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Launchpad service shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, where Yttrigen maintains its registered office for service of process. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

8) Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yttrigen regarding the Voice-to-Web Launchpad and supersede any prior communications or understandings.
