When you text or call Yttrigen, we collect your phone number, message content, and metadata (e.g., time sent, delivery status) to provide customer support and operational updates.

C. Automated Usage Data
We use standard web analytics to understand traffic patterns on our sites. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify individuals to third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service Delivery: To provide the ValidKeep™ platform, remediation services, and support.

• Communication: To send project updates, invoices, or schedule consultations.

• Compliance: To maintain audit trails required by our internal Quality Management System.

3. Mobile & Messaging Privacy (A2P 10DLC)

To comply with carrier regulations, we maintain strict controls on mobile data:

• No Sharing: We do not sell or share mobile information (phone numbers) with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

• Service Provider: We use Twilio as our service provider to deliver messages. Data is shared with them solely for the purpose of message transmission.

• Opt-Out: You can reply STOP to end SMS/MMS messages at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. We honor all opt-out requests immediately.

• Rates: Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on active projects.

4. Data Sharing & Infrastructure

Yttrigen Inc. is a secure, cloud-native organization. We do not sell data. We share data only with Qualified Infrastructure Providers required to deliver the service:

• Cloudflare: For secure hosting, WAF, and database services.

• GitHub: For code repository and version control.

• Microsoft/Google: For email and identity services.

All providers are vetted for SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance.

5. Data Retention

• Messaging Logs: Retained as needed to provide support and comply with legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

• Client GxP Data: Data stored within the ValidKeep platform is governed by the specific Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) signed with the client, which supersedes this general policy.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on our website and updating the effective date.
