Yttrigen Studio Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Yttrigen Studio at studio.yttrigen.com, operated by Yttrigen Inc. By accepting in the Platform or by using it, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

Yttrigen Studio facilitates AI-assisted development, testing support, and hands-on guidance. It is not a validated system, QA sign-off, or regulatory consulting engagement unless covered by a separate signed MSA/SOW.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible to test all output, review test plans and results, and approve anything before production or regulated use. Any assurance arises from your processes, not from Yttrigen. We do not warrant fitness for GxP, Part 11, or regulated purposes.

3. No Warranty

THE PLATFORM AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

4. Limitation of Liability

YTTRIGEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $100.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yttrigen Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from claims arising from your use of the Platform, failure to test/review/approve, violation of law or third-party rights, or regulated use without adequate validation.

6–8. IP, Third Parties, MSA Precedence

You retain your inputs; you are responsible for output use. Third-party services (Cloudflare, GitHub, Stripe, AI providers) are your accounts. A signed MSA/SOW controls over these Terms where they conflict for professional services.

9–12. Changes, Termination, Law, Contact

Material changes require renewed acceptance. Texas law governs; venue Montgomery County, Texas. Contact: legal@yttrigen.com.
