2. Terms of Engagement

Yttrigen Inc. operates as a specialized enterprise consultancy. Our software delivery, remediation services, and ValidKeep™ platforms are not governed by generic "click-wrap" terms.

All commercial engagements are governed by a mutually executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).

• Procurement: We support standard enterprise redlining processes.

• Vendor Setup: W-9, Certificate of Insurance (COI), and vendor qualification packets available upon request.

3. Separation of Website and Services

Content on this Site may contain references to Yttrigen products, services, and platforms (including ValidKeep™ Hub and ValidKeep™ Dashboard) that are not yet available or are subject to specific commercial contracts.

• Commercial Engagement: The use of ValidKeep™ software and remediation services is governed solely by the terms of the applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between you and Yttrigen.

• No Conflict: In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms of Use and a signed MSA, the MSA shall control.

4. Confidential Information & "Feedback"

This clause protects you if a user suggests a feature via a contact form and later claims IP ownership.

Yttrigen does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through our Site. Please note that any information or material sent to Yttrigen via website forms (excluding PII covered by our Privacy Policy) will be deemed NOT to be confidential.
